We Recruit

You tell us your requirements, we source, screen, and present top Nigerian candidates. Once you approve, they join TalentFoundry as contractors assigned to your company. We handle everything from onboarding to payroll, pensions, HMO, and tax compliance.

You Recruit

You find your own Nigerian talent. Hand them over to TalentFoundry. We onboard them as our contractors, handle all compliance, payroll, pensions, HMO, and assign them to work for you. You manage the work, we manage the employment.

The Process

From Requirements to Managed Team

A straightforward five-step process that takes you from defining your needs to having a fully managed Nigerian team.

Define Requirements

Tell us the roles you need filled, or introduce us to the Nigerian talent you have already found. We will work with you to understand the scope, timeline, and compensation structure.

Recruitment or Handover

If you chose Model 1, we source and screen candidates for your approval. If Model 2, you introduce your recruits and we begin the onboarding process immediately.

Onboarding & Compliance

Workers are onboarded as TalentFoundry contractors. We handle compliant contractor agreements, PENCOM pension enrollment, HMO health insurance, and PAYE tax registration.

Ongoing Management

Every month, we process payroll in NGN, calculate and remit PAYE taxes, manage pension contributions, maintain HMO coverage, and handle all HR administration.

You Manage the Work

Your Nigerian team members work under your direction. You set priorities, manage projects, and drive output. We take care of everything else behind the scenes.
