What Is a PEO?

A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) shares employer responsibilities with your company. Your workers stay on your books, but TalentFoundry takes on the administrative burden.

Unlike an EOR where TalentFoundry is the sole legal employer, our PEO model creates a co-employment relationship. Your Nigerian entity remains the employer of record, but TalentFoundry manages the day-to-day HR operations — payroll processing, tax compliance, pension administration, health insurance, and statutory filings.

This is ideal for companies that already have a Nigerian entity (or plan to set one up) but want to offload the operational complexity of Nigerian employment administration to a local expert team.

Monthly payroll in Naira including PAYE calculations, CRA deductions, salary disbursement via bank transfer, and payslip generation for every worker.

Tax Compliance

PAYE withholding and remittance to FIRS and State IRS, withholding tax on applicable payments, annual tax returns, and NTA 2025 dual-regime support.

Pension Administration

PENCOM registration, PFA setup, employer (10%) and employee (8%) contribution calculations, monthly remittances, and compliance reporting.

HMO & Benefits

NHIS-compliant health insurance enrollment, HMO provider management, claims coordination, group life insurance, and annual plan renewals.

HR Administration

Employment contracts, leave management (including Nigerian public holidays), document storage, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee records.

Statutory Contributions

NHF (2.5%), NSITF (1%), and ITF (1%) calculations and remittances — all handled on schedule with proper documentation.
